Educational Guide
District Health Department #2 requires that all persons that submit a Notification Form, to construct a water supply or extensively repair an existing water supply, shall receive a copy of District Health Department #2 Educational Guide. The Educational Guide is updated annually and is reviewed by the local Water Supply Advisory Committee.
The Educational Guide includes information on:
- Known ground water contamination areas
- General information on water quality
- General information on well drilling
- Well Abandonment information
- Well maintenance information
- Pertinent telephone numbers to assist citizens constructing or repairing wells
