Health Information and Referrals

Health Education Division is available to provide information to the residents on health related topics and services.  Staff is able to gather and provide information on any facet of well-being, whether it's physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social or environmental. Examples may include:

Chronic or Communicable Disease

Drug, Alcohol or Tobacco Cessation

Proper Nutrition

Pregnancy Education

Child Passenger Safety

Stress Management

Coping with Grief

Poverty Alleviation

Domestic Violence
