Part-time Maintenance Position
Base Site: West Branch/Mio
Grade: 2 Non-Exempt, AFSCME Union Position
Rate of Pay: $14.50/Hr.
General Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, conducts skilled maintenance work to perform upkeep and tasks such as repairs and cleaning. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Being dependable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must also possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Travel Required. Early morning start, varied hours, with an average of 20-25 hours per week.
Full-time Public Health Nurse
Base Site: West Branch Office
Grade: 8A
Rate of Pay: $22.08/hr
General Summary: Under the supervision of the Community Health Director, participates in public health nurse service delivery
in a variety of public health programs. The specific programs will change based on the needs of the
department. Currently those programs are Children’s Special Health Care Services Case Management,
Lead Poisoning Prevention, Maternal Infant Health, Immunizations, Family Planning, HIV Prevention,
Syringe services, STI, WIC and Communicable Disease surveillance and prevention, and/or any other
programs and duties assigned. Travel Required

Rate of Pay: $65,500 – $67,000 annual depending on experience. (beginning January 1, 2023)
