Michigan Medical Marijuana Program

In 2008, the Michigan Medical Marihuana law was enacted. The legislation allows (under state law) the medical use of marijuana. This law also provides protections for the medical use of marijuana and provides a system for registry for qualifying patients and primary caregivers. Lastly, this law provides rules for the administration of the act.  To view the law in its entirety, click here.
